New Petro Opening at Salina, Kan.

TravelCenters of America, owner of Petro Stopping Centers, has completed its planned acquisition and opening of the newest Petro travel center at Exit 252 off I-70 in Salina, Kan.

The Salina site had been operated by a franchisee as a Petro until earlier in 2011 when the related franchise agreement expired. The Salina location is the 65th Petro site, and the 230th in the combined TA and Petro chain.
