IANA Elects New Chairman, Board

Steven Rubin, president of TRAC Intermodal, has been elected chairman of the board of directors of the Intermodal Association of North America.

Rubin was most recently the association’s treasurer. He succeeds Stephen Branscum of BNSF Railway as chairman.

The board elected David Manning, president of Tennessee Express, as vice chairman. Thomas Kelly, executive vice president of MOL (America), is the new treasurer.

The association also elected four other directors to three year terms: Jordan Ayers, president of Quest Leasing; William Clement, vice president of intermodal for CSX Transportation; Robert Huffman, vice president of intermodal operations and Norfolk Southern Corp.; and Jenny Johnson, vice president of Intermodal Support Services.
