Private equity firm Harvest Partners said it completed its acquisition of aftermarket heavy-duty truck parts distributor TruckPro Inc.
Terms were not disclosed for the purchase from funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, which will keep a stake in TruckPro.
TruckPro, based in Memphis, Tenn., is one of the largest independent U.S. distributors of heavy-duty aftermarket truck parts and accessories and operates 62 stores in 17 states.
Steve Riordan, who will become TruckProâ€™s chairman and CEO, has more than 35 years of experience in the industrial distribution sector.
Riordan was most recently president of Communication Supply Corp., a former Harvest company, and has been on TruckProâ€™s board since 2010.
