Arkansas to Study Tolls for Interstate 40

The state of Arkansas will fund a study to examine the viability of tolling a portion of Interstate 40 in the state, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reported.

The study, which will cover the section of I-40 from North Little Rock to Memphis, Tenn., was approved Tuesday by the Arkansas Highway Commission, which cited a lack of funding, the paper reported Thursday.
